Cast iron materials perform well when cast in one piece to meet the structural needs of loader axle housings. In addition, loader drive axle housings can also be made of cast steel parts, such as ZG270-500, but castings made of this material may have defects that affect the strength of the axle housing, so a large safety factor needs to be used in the design calculations. After strength and stiffness calculation, 16mm thick Q420/Q460 steel plate can also be used to weld the structural parts to reduce the weight of the whole vehicle and lower the cost.
